Legacies follows the story of Hope Mikaelson, the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall, as she attends the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted.

The first season of Legacies aired from October 2018 to March 2019 and consisted of 16 episodes. The season introduced us to a new generation of supernatural beings, including witches, vampires, and werewolves. It also brought back some familiar faces from The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, such as Alaric Saltzman and Matt Donovan.
